The park is on the south-west edge of Marrakech, on the Amizmiz road. Here are the different ways to get there.

During the season, the park usually runs a shuttle from several points in Marrakech (medina and Guéliz areas). Times and meeting points change from year to year: confirm them with the park the day before.
- Jemaa el-Fna square / medina area
- Guéliz area (modern centre)
- Return late afternoon to the same points
By taxi
Allow around 10 to 15 minutes from Hivernage or the medina. Petits taxis can drop you off; agree on the trip before getting in or ask for the meter. For the return, taxis usually wait in front of the entrance at the end of the day.
By car
From the centre, follow signs for Amizmiz / Chrifia. The park is signposted on the road. Parking is available at the entrance.

The park is generally open from 10:00 to 18:00 during the season (spring to autumn). These hours are indicative and may vary with the period and the weather.
